Davidsons Homes – Hugglescote.

JPD Contracts have been offering a supply and installation service for white goods around several Davidsons Homes projects. The Hugglescote area contains some of the larger sites that we work with Davidsons on.

We currently supply and fit two sites in this area: Brownlands, Lower Bardon Phase 1 and Lower Bardon Phase 2. Since 2018, and as of February 2024, we have supplied and fitted over 380 plots over the two sites with more to come.

There is a mixture of 2-5 bed homes on offer here, with a range of kitchen appliances going in. We enjoy a great relationship with Davidsons Homes and look forward to many more projects that we can support them with.
