McCarthy & Stone – Southern

JPD Contracts have been working with McCarthy & Stone for over 10 years, assisting in their developments to create award winning retirement and assisted living facilities. Our successful assistance has been nationwide, with the Southern Region highlighting some of the biggest developments we have supplied too.  

The Hook Development boasts mixture of apartments and town houses of which we supplied and installed to 111 apartments and 7 townhouses. In Warminster, we supplied and installed 43 apartments along with a communal lounge. The Clevedon development hosts 57 apartments which we supplied and installed alongside communal lounge.

These are all finished developments, with several more starting very soon. We look forward to continuing our work with McCarthy & Stone as they continue growing across the UK.
