Bloor Homes – East Midlands

JPD Contracts have been working with Bloor Homes for several years across multiple regions. The East Midlands region holds one of the biggest sites that we are currently working on.

Hollycroft Grange is an 850-home development in Hinckley. We are currently supplying and installing white goods for the first phase of this development which is 260 plots. This includes a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties, incorporating 52 affordable homes.

As of February 2024, we have supplied and installed over 120 plots since 2021, and with our excellent relationship with Bloor Homes, we hope to complete many more for this and all regions.
