We have been working with customers for over 10 years to help create award winning retirement and assisted living facilities. In 2023, our successful assistance has been nationwide, helping McCarthy Stone (images below) and Gladman Retirement Living (Adlington Retirement Living) with several developments. For 2024, we have started working with Highwood Group, who have built a portfolio of retirement living, care home and care village developments for some of the UK’s leading care operators and healthcare providers.
